At The Golfer's Box, each box is prepared individually. We guarantee all orders placed will be dispatched within 2 business days of order.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
- Europe: 5–14 business days
- International: 5–18 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, customs processing, and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.
Returns & Refund Policy

Box Contents
Each box contains top branded gear, some gear including hats/gloves can vary depending what we have in stock. Because of this, we cannot guarantee specific items. Product images and advertisements are examples of items that may be included, but the exact contents will vary between boxes.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase may be required
Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
